Welcome to Reamind ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reamind platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reamind is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service platform designed for tuition centers in Malaysia. Our Service provides grading tools, analytics, and student performance tracking solutions.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to bind your organization
• Have the authority to represent and bind the tuition center or educational institution on whose behalf you are registering
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your tuition center
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4. Use of Service

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to collect personal information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service for any purpose other than educational administration

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You retain ownership of all student data, grades, and educational records you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process student data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and any other applicable data protection laws.

6. Security & Monitoring

We implement the following measures to maintain service reliability and secure access:

• Error monitoring: We use Sentry to track application errors and improve service reliability. Error reports may include technical context such as browser type, page URL, and stack traces.
• Session cookies: Student authentication relies on HMAC-signed session cookies (reamind_session). These cookies are essential for secure access and cannot be opted out of while using the Service.
• Delegated access: Center owners may delegate page-level access to team members (e.g., teachers or co-admins) for administrative purposes. Delegated users operate under the center owner's account and policies.

7. Subscription and Payment

Reamind offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. For paid plans:

• Fees are billed monthly or annually as specified at the time of purchase
• All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Payment must be made through our approved payment methods
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Reamind and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

"Reamind" and our logo are trademarks of Reamind. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reamind, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
